How We Work
1. Initial Contact You reach out and tell us a bit about your project. We may ask a few questions to understand: what you’re dealing with what you’re hoping to achieve and whether it’s a good fit If it makes sense, we schedule a site visit.
2. Site Visit We come out and walk the property with you. This is where we: look at the work in context talk through options answer questions identify anything that might affect the project If your property has multiple concerns, we may recommend starting with an Exterior Systems & Risk Review™ to get a clearer overall picture.
3. Clear Proposal You’ll receive a written proposal that outlines: Scope of work Materials Key details Pricing We keep things straightforward so you know exactly what to expect. If something needs to be adjusted, we talk it through before moving forward.
4. Scheduling Once approved, we schedule your project. We’ll give you: a general timeline expected start window and any preparation steps if needed We do our best to stay on schedule and keep you updated if anything changes.
5. Project Work This is where the work gets done. During the project, we focus on: showing up consistently keeping the site organized communicating as things progress completing the work properly If something unexpected comes up, we address it and keep you informed.
6. Final Walkthrough Once the project is complete, we go through everything with you. We make sure: the work matches the scope everything is finished properly any final details are addressed We don’t consider the job done until you’ve had a chance to review it with us.
